Show off this month’s trends with lean, bold silhouettes and minimalist, blushing hues...

MENSWEAR INSPIRED
It’s all about masculine finesse with a touch of feminine style. From crisp white shirts peeking out of waistcoats to black tuxedo jackets and fitted blazers, the gentleman’s silhouette is flattering countless women’s curves. This bold trend uses a wide variety of fabrics generally preferred by men including pinstripes, tweed, checks, flannel and plaid in subtle shades of brown, black and grey. A number of designers and fashion houses like Stella McCartney, Christian Dior and Kallol Datta have shown this tailored trend in their collections. Apart from the clothes, another way to achieve this look is by sporting sharp, male accessories that include chunky watches, flat boots, cool leather belts and stylish ties.

NUDE FLESH TONES
Romantic, tasteful and elegant, the neutral palette of blush, flesh and nude makes a strong fashion statement this season. From creamy buff to milky frappe and delicate rose these tones are some of the most sought after by every fashionista. Wear this barely-there trend with dreamy dresses made of sheer layers or satin blouses in earthy hues. From belts and bags to shoes and sunglasses, neutral-coloured accessories make up an essential part of this understated trend. Designers like Tarun Tahiliani, Gaurav Gupta, Alberta Ferretti and Donna Karan, just can’t seem to get enough of this simplistic look.
