Flexible and Free-Spirited
A bright pink backed website offers more than a label, a lifestyle – young, hip and strangely enough, in love with rock and roll. Sweetheart lamps with multicoloured hearts, typo lamps covered with alphabets, candles and unusual cushions are some of the items on display. The range of clothes and accessories include ‘No Worries’ for the free-spirited, ‘Rebel’ for the wild child as well as the opportunity to create your own made-to-order styles based on NUN motifs. The outlet has major plans for expansion in India and hopes to go global eventually, offering an Indian sensibility to international buyers. Seeing that Jain has long experience in the garment business and has launched his own brand for men’s beachwear in the European market while Prakash has been involved in the manufacture of clothing for the export market for top end clients like Replay, Guess and Agnes B, among others, it does seem like they may attain their dream. And as for Tanvi, “Yes, I’m wearing NUN,” she maintains, happily.
