Breguet’s finest watch to date pays homage to the iconic Marie Antoinette
It was over two centuries ago that Abraham-Louis Breguet first met Marie Antoinette. Fascinated by his unique self-winding watches, she commissioned one but never lived to see it completed. The masterpiece is now housed at the Islamic Museum in Jerusalem. Breguet has continued to pay homage to one of its earliest celebrity endorsers for the sake of those inclined to appreciate such antiquarian treasures. The Marie Antoinette Haute Joaillerie watch is for women who wear more than just their hearts on their sleeves. |
