Monday, 3rd December 2007: Budweiser and East take you on a journey to the East, in one of Mumbai’s first ever beer appreciation and food pairing session. Chef Nachiket Shetye along with Budweiser Brewmasters Amruth Reddy and Dr. Cariappa culminate succulent flavours and Budweiser into culinary expertise. While oriental flavours and beer complement to pamper your palette, Budweiser Brewmasters train the bartenders of the city with beer etiquettes. Pour, smell, serve and taste beer the right way.

In an afternoon that tickles all your senses, the first session of the day will be a beer appreciation session for bartenders from across the city. Budweiser brewmasters Mr.Amruth Reddy from the Anheuser-Busch Cartersville, Georgia brewery, USA and Dr.Cariappa from the Budweiser domestic brewery in Hyderabad will de mystify making of the king of beers, Budweiser.

Following this is an exquisite session where a four course meal features various Budweiser based delights like Avocado and Budweiser battered shrimp tempura, Asian lamb with herbed Budweiser bread and a secret desert package. Undoubtedly, the star attraction is Yudishter Urs (Vj Udi) cooking live for you. Chef Nachiket Shetye, renowned Chef and Owner, East Restaurant states “We wish to offer our guests something unique, something different.
