A jazz band from America, an Italian opera singer, a young Indonesian dancer…koala bears, Belgian chocolates and the Egpytian baclava. It was almost a lesson in geography as consul generals and global guests came together for an evening of food and entertainment at the Hotel Oberoi, Mumbai, on a recent Sunday evening. ‘The Oberoi Melting Pot’ was a great opportunity to mix and match international flavours…and all for charity.
