Rocking The Kroks
Published: Volume 15, Issue 8, August, 2007

“We hope you find this performance delightfully entertaining, a little artsy as well as pretentious,” one of the members of Harvard University’s oldest cappella group, The Harvard Krokodiloes said in his tongue-in-cheek address to the audience at a recent performance at the ITC Grand Central Hotel in Mumbai. The ‘Kroks’ as they are lovingly called, were much more than a group of yanky lads belting out American classics like Danny Boy and Love. They performed rib-tickling comedy acts and funny dances which floored the audience and had everyone on the floor.

Currently on another one of their world tours, the Kroks are busy making their way through 17 countries on gruelling itineraries packing in up to two cities in four nights. But for them, the appreciation from music enthusiasts and Harvard alumni makes it all worth it. Krok stars all!
