British Deputy High Commissioner Vicki Treadell invited charmed members of India’s A-List to celebrate Queen Elizabeth’s birthday at a lavish do at the Hilton Towers in Mumbai. The affair was themed around the queen’s favorite secret agent, James Bond. Champagne and Martini toasts were raised in Her Majesty’s honor.
