Struck by Cupid's delicate arrows? Pint-sized pralines can give you an instant high. So, spice up your amour de coeur with something sweet. And, there is nothing better that these small, white melt-in-the mouth goodies to whip up the tempo. Beautiful to look at - particularly when complemented perfectly by red roses - they are sinfully delicious on the palate. These Lilliputian bites are a fitting finale to a candlelit meal...just the right ingredients for the perfect love story.

Chocolate Pralines
Fresh cream and brandy

HEART SHAPED CHOCOLATE PRALINES
Ingredients: Fresh cream, 100 ml; White chocolate, 120 gms; Finely chopped cherries, 30 gms; Cherry brandy, 30 ml.
Method: Bring the cream to a boil and pure over the chopped chocolate. When the mixture is dissolved, add the cherries and Cherry Brandy. Let the ganache set and then mould into the Pralines.
