From his first solo exhibition in 1967 at the age of 12, the self-taught artist - who has worked with a variety of materials over the years - has come a long way. Jaideep Mehrotra showcased his canvases at Gallery 1x1 Art Space, Dubai, last month to a rousing reception from art lovers in the city.
