While in Paris, follow the Seine through the city as it takes you past some of the most breathtaking architecture that you will ever see. Pause to imbibe an artistic moment, or just a cup of coffee at one of its charming cafés. But most importantly, let Parisian fashion envelop you in its stylish folds, says PRIYANKA SIPPY NAGPAL
The four exhibitions we visited were truly grand, when it came to size and content. A fashionista's dream, be it at Who's Next that ran over miles of floor space and included no less than five sections, including one for new and promising designers, or at MIDEC which was a delight for all shoe lovers. Not to leave out éclat de mode which was a fairyland of glittering acessories for every occasion and taste, of which our favourites were Skalli, Zor and personal preference, LouLou de la Falaise! And of course Prêt à Porter, ready to wear at its best, with names like Nathalie Garcon, who showed at Lakme Fashion Week this season and the father-daughter duo Renato and Lili Nucci whose creations left us spellbound.
Verve reveals the tip of the iceberg and recommends a vist for all those seriously trend-consious people out there!
