India Jones, the pioneering Teppanyaki restaurant in Mumbai, will cook fresh sea catch of your choice, this winter. You can choose the best catch from a Seafood display. Your favourite Seafood will be prepared by Chef Wikan's charismatic jugglary with food and fire. Chef Wikan Namvesis has worked with Benny Hanna, Bangkok, Dallas and at the Shangri-La, Singapore before joining the India Jones kitchen, Mumbai.

You can pick from a great variety of seafood that comprises garoupa, lobster, sand lobster, Indian salmon, Norwegian salmon, kingfish, squid, cuttlefish, scallops, pomfret, prawns and many more. At the same time Chef Wikan's dexterity promises to cook the most palatable dishes.

The India Jones kitchen serves its guests with exclusivity. To keep up the tradition, the restaurant will prepare special Teppan sauces, in its own kitchen. At the Teppan table where space is at premium, these sauces will certainly add to both taste and aroma.

India Jones' restaurant is private hideaway at Hilton Towers Mumbai where you can sample secret recipes won by him at gambling tables across the Orient.
