In pursuit of its charitable intentions, Magic Bus held its annual gala dinner – ‘Festival of Mumbai’ – at London’s Park Lane Sheraton a short while ago. Guests trooped in wearing traditional Indian attire to be entertained by a programme of wit, music and dance. Auction prizes were donated by international stars like Aishwarya Rai, Boris Becker and Gordon Brown and helped the organisation raise over £90,000 for the street and slum children of the city.
