Make-up takes on a deep, rich hue as luxurious beauty brand, Clarins outlines the colours of the season. It’s time to look your vibrant best as the festive season reaches its peak. The key is to use pure colours and go all out with savvy make-up. Warm copper tones combine well with cool emerald greens, deep violets and bright aqua to add that dash of drama to the face. Clarins International Artistic and Training Director, Eric Antoniotti, makes magic as he creates rainbow-hued looks that light up the face with the Good Vibrations range of make-up. So be a head-turner at the ball!
ALLURING PRINCESS
This look had a very mysterious feel to it, as Eric added a dash of the exotic to the eyes. To achieve the all important radiant look, he began, as before, with the foundation and pressing powder to complete the base for the face. He then stroked a black eyeliner pencil on the outer corners of the eyes to elongate them and then applied the Turquoise Flash eyeliner on the inner corners to add colour, after which he blended the Urban Gray eyeshadow with Vibrant Violet to give some depth to the eyelids. Two lines in Turquoise Flash liner, and Vibrant Violet liner were drawn below the eye, extending a little more to give an Egyptian feel to the face. He then brushed on Multi Blush in Raspberry on the cheekbones for a fresh look. The lips were filled in with Gold Copper and coated generously with lipgloss. This look is mysterious and exotic and would work wonders on a dream date in a resort setting.
