London was the chosen location for the Zee Cine Awards, the only ‘democratic’ statuettes for the hard-working Bollywood superstars. The Excel Arena resounded with star-studded song and dance sequences, enhanced by the Pakistani film fraternity lending its neighbourly support. The whistles and catcalls of the gathered NRI cognoscenti punctuated each nomination as they noisily cheered for their favourite actors.
