I never change with trends; I like to wear what I'm comfortable in and what I've owned for a long time. Sometimes I even shop in the menswear section!
Former model, Feroz Gujral, still effortlessly slips into catsuits and little black dresses. Her lithe frame is testament to her sporty inclinations and love of keeping fit. She's even given bungee jumping a shot and her trademark upturned nose (courtesy a Turkish grandmother) wrinkles in delight as she entertains the Verve crew with stories from her travels. Whether it's on the beaches of Bali or the lagoons of Lakshadweep, the Delhi-based mother of two, always finds the time to indulge her love of diving. An adventurous spirit and unabashed zest for life keeps her young at heart and forever fascinating. She preens for our camera with feline grace and, in a whirl of roses, sequins and stilettos, this goddess of whimsy proves that she's still got 'it'

My style is casual, comfortable and fun. It all depends on how I'm feeling. On an everyday basis, I generally tend to go for a sporty look, with my hair up in a ponytail and very natural make-up - although I'm a complete mascara fiend!
I have three favourite looks. One is my '

wake up the neighbourhood' look, which is totally bizarreand whimsical. I might couple a desi skirt with a chic blouse, or decide to wear something really short or see-through. The second is my 'happy' look. I have certain 'happy' clothes that I like to wear when I might be a bit low because they make me feel good. The third is my 'Mrs Gujral' look, which is mostly Indian outfits, very proper and well ironed as I'm usually the queen of crush!
I would say I'm largely schizophrenic when it comes to dressing. One day I may be in the mood to dress totally Indian and I'll go all out, complete with balis strung with mogras, or on another day, I might step out in a three-piece men's suit. But, I never mix my moods nor do I go about a look half-heartedly.
I'm the world's worst shopper. I have no patience; if I like something I just buy it. I'm very particular about shoes; in fact, I'm obsessed with them! I'll buy the same shoe in five different colours if I really like a style. I also love jootis, because you can pair them with anything.

My favourite designers are Rina Dhaka, Monisha Jaising and Malini Ramani. Rina's clothes make you feel like a rock star and Monisha has a very good understanding of the body, which comes out in her fits and silhouettes. Malini is for sheer India funk. Internationally, I like Roberto Cavalli.
I'm a bit eccentric. I never change with trends; I like to wear what I'm comfortable in and what I've owned for a long time. I sometimes even shop in the menswear section of stores, because you can find some interesting things.
Feeling like a goddess depends on whom I'm dressing for, more than the clothes themselves. I think it's also about feeling special for a unique reason. Recently, I was at a friend's wedding in Monte Carlo. I was the only Indian there and I wore a simple jade green sari with matching roses in my hair and a big Indian necklace. And even though I've worn this outfit before, it stood out among all the dresses and skirts and I can tell you that I truly felt like a style diva.
