Ishitta Arun

The Aika dajiba girl has graduated from music videos to films and there is no Stopping her. Ishitta Arun, 23, who believes in taking each day as it comes, is contemplating a fruitful dalliance with the masala movies. Super-performer, Ila Arun’s daughter says, “Perseverance and hard work – two factors I’ve learnt from Mom – pay off in the long run.” Unlike her mother’s ethnic tones, Ishitta favours completely different notes – she normally goes in for the tomboy look or completely kitsch ensembles. But, wait! Her mother’s touch is amply apparent in one of her till now unfulfilled dreams. For as she admits, “I will probably take up singing…but much, much later.”
