Children of celebrities all, these young women aspire to seek their own moment in the sun. Verve takes a look at gently unfolding careers
Horse riding, sports, insurance selling, modelling this young lady has tried them all. Twenty three-year-old Armana Sodhi armyman Ravinder Pickles Sodhi and politician and former actress, Nafisa Alis elder daughter completed business management from the Institute of Integrated Learning and Management, New Delhi and is now working with a friends event management company, Modus. Armana owes her independent frame of mind to her parents broadmindedness in letting me make all my decisions. Bollywood offers have come her way but she has not signed on any dotted line. I want to concentrate on what I have in hand, she says. Who knows, I may launch my own company. Tomorrow is another day. |
