Verve blends fresh, wholesome smoothies that beat the summer sizzle
Summer Fruit Shake

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla soya milk or plain milk, 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Frozen fruit (blackberries, nectarines, strawberries, star fruit, lemon rind), 2 cups (500 ml)
  • Granulated sugar, 2 tsps (10 ml).
Method:

Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

Serves: 2.
Preparation time: 5 minutes.
