Verve blends fresh, wholesome smoothies that beat the summer sizzle
Avo-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Ripe avocado, 1/2 no
  • Frozen bananas, 1 to 1 1/2 nos
  • Frozen or fresh strawberries, 4-5 nos
  • Non-fat soy or other nut milk, a splash
  • Cinnamon, a pinch
  • Allspice, a pinch
  • A few nuts, fruits, spices that you might prefer
Method:

Blend the bananas and milk together. Fill a glass with the strawberries, avocado and crushed ice. Top it up with banana milk.

Serves: 1.
Preparation time: 5 minutes.
