This season flaunt your blush, with flowers providing the perfect inspiration for summer's beauty forecast

Roses Are Pink…

  • Use a light, metallic eye shadow on your lids as a base, emphasising the inner corners of your eyes.
  • Dust a dark, rosy pink on the edge of your brow bone and blend outwards. Smudge a light line below you lower lashes as well.
  • Stay away from liners or kohl.
  • Add mascara to give the illusion of length and volume.
  • In blushes, stick to natural shades that are closer to your own skin tone, for a healthy glow. Here’s a tip – pinch your cheeks to get them flushed, and then match your blush to that colour. With delicate strokes, apply under your cheekbones.
  • Finally, use a warmer shade of pink on your lips and add some gloss for a rosebud pout. Again, don’t use any liner, to give your lips a ‘stained’ feel

We recommend: Shiseido eye shadow duo in Brown Red, Elizabeth Arden powder blush in Cayenne, Clarins lip gloss in Rose Quartz.
