It seemed as if the Russians has landed in France! To celebrate the annual closure of their collection, Paris style diva, Anne de Champigneul and Cyril le Grix hosted a sparkling evening, Bal des Tsars, at Maxim's. The colours of Russia permeated the diamond-studded occasion, as drinks did the rounds in a thematic setting. Diplomacy, with a difference!
