Smoked Salmon

Salmon can be flavoured with various spices. Here, we have used plain salmon, enriched and outlined with dill leaves. Traditionally, smoked salmon is served in the form of rosettes.

Classical accompaniments:

  • Buttered asparagus heads.
  • Chopped fresh thyme.
  • Boiled eggs.
  • Fresh peppers marinated in brine.
  • Pickled onions.
  • Crispy toasts.
