Cherry and Marmalade Crumble

Ingredients:

  • Black cherries (seeded) 2 cups
  • Orange marmalade 1 cup
  • Cornflakes crumbs 1 cup
  • Butter 1/2 cup.

Method:

Make a tight crumble of the cornflakes. Butter and line the base of a small pie dish with the crumble. Cook the cherries with the marmalade slowly till the preparation gets very sticky. Place this on the crumble base and let it cool to set. Slice and serve.
