Juicy Apple Wedges

Ingredients:

  • Apples (sliced) 4 nos
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Cake crumbs 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp.

For the pie dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Icing sugar 1/2 cup

Method:

Toss the apples in butter and cinnamon powder and mix in the cake crumbs, and sugar and cool. Mix the flour and butter and then make a semi soft dough. Line the pie dish with this. Put the apple filling onto the pie dish. Cover with criss-cross dough strips and bake at 180oC for 25 min. Serve warm.
