Skewered veggies and corn wraps
Corn on a stick - Corn Barbeque

Ingredients:

  • American corn (1 inch rounds)
  • Broccoli
  • Mushrooms
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Peppercorns (crushed)
  • Lemon juice
  • Olives(chopped)
  • Garlic(Chopped)
  • Ginger (chopped)
  • Oil for basting
  • Salt to taste

Method:
Marinate the vegetables in the rest of the ingredients thoroughly (2 hours). Put them on a skewer and barbecue them. Serve sprinkled with lemon juice.
