Chilled corn concoction
When prawn meets corn - Prawn And Corn Relish

Ingredients:

  • Caper berries 10-12 nos
  • Jumbo prawns(boiled) 10-12 nos
  • Baby corn 8-10 nos
  • Cognac 30 ml
  • Corn kernels 1 cup
  • Capsicum (small cubes) 2 nos
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Peppercorns (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Garlic (finely chopped) 2 cloves.

Method:
Mix all the ingredients except the cognac. Warm the cognac lightly in a ladle and pour over the relish. Salt to taste. Leave it overnight in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
