Red-hot chilli corn
Baby corn in a dip - Baby corn AND Herb Dip

Ingredients:

  • Baby corn 10 nos
  • White wine vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Black bean sauce 1 tbsp
  • Dip:
  • Sesame oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 2 cloves
  • Dry red chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Oregano (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Parsley (chopped) 2tbsp
  • Lime juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste.

Method:
Boil the baby corn in wine vinegar and keep them soaked in the brine. Mix all the rest of the ingredients. Beat them well and serve with baby corn.

Optional:
Some cheese cubes can also be served on the platter
