Saucy stuffing
Corn ’n’ salsa tango - Mexican Corn Tacos

Ingredients:

  • Cornmeal flour taco shells 8-10 nos
  • American corn kernels (boiled) 2 cups
  • Salsa sauce 4 tbsp
  • Olives (chopped) 8-10 nos
  • Lettuce 8-10 leaves
  • Salt to taste.

Method:
Mix all the filling ingredients. Fill the taco shells with the corn filling lined with shredded lettuce.

Optional:
Tacos can also be topped with cheese and baked.
