Conceptualised and curated by Verve’s very own Parmesh Shahani, the Museum of Memories was a one day pop-up museum that came to life on the 15th of December at the Godrej factory in Vikhroli. With installations and performances by the finest artists across India, the idea was to display your memory of the city in a personal way. Just for a day. A pop-up fashion show by Payal Khandwala, displays by Little Shilpa, Adhuna Akhtar and Hardik Gandhi, a gendaholi courtesy Himanshu Verma and a typewriter bay were just some of the few things that made it memorable. The crowd was treated to the beats of everything from thumri to jazz with occasional spurs of laughter thanks to Yuki Elias and her troupe and other such comic performances.
